Culture Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a family owned and operated and family oriented Jiu Jitsu academy that focuses on Self Defense, Discipline, and Respect. Whether you're looking to learn how to defend yourself, lose weight or be a part of an awesome community come join our team!

Culture Kids is our kids program from ages 4-12. We are the only academy in the area that offers kids the ability to train 6 days per week. Regular classes are split according to age and run Monday - Thursday from 5:30pm - 6:20pm. We also have a competition class on Friday's from 5:30pm - 6:30pm for competitors and an open mat on Saturdays at 11am. We teach your kids the art of Jiu Jitsu and how to exhibit discipline and respect at the gym, at school and at home.  We have multiple coaches at each class to ensure your child is given the attention they need.

Adult classes run Monday - Thursday evenings from 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00am - 7:00am for early risers and a lunch class Fridays 11:30-1pm. Jiu Jitsu is a wonderful way to stay in shape or lose weight while learning to defend yourself.

Kickboxing classes run Tuesday & Thursday evenings for both kids & adults. A few of the many benefits of Kickboxing include improving overall fitness, relieving stress & anxiety, enhanceing self esteem & confidence and burning calories and promoting weight loss!

Open Mat for kids & adults is Saturday mornings at 11AM and is free to all gyms and affiliations. We have two separate mats to separate the groups.
